Selection process: We perform the initial interview to screen applying candidates and then we present shortlisted candidates based on our recommendation. However, the
final decision has to be done by our client.

Costs:The only inevitable cost is our recruitment fees, but which is only due after the employment contract is signed. This is unless our client requires special ads in
newspapers or by bulk E mail or any other representation services.

Coverage: The large majority of our data base are Lebanese candidates, but who are working all over the world. However, we are expanding our recruitment process to
cover other nationalities in the Middle East.
